Plastic release paper can use low-cost kraft paper, writing paper, or even recycled paper as the substrate because a hot-melt PE plastic layer is coated on the surface of the paper in advance to make the surface smooth. 
PE Coated Release Paper is a process that involves two steps: film coating and silicon coating. Firstly, a thin layer of PE film is applied to the surface of a regular roll of paper, and then a layer of organic silicon is applied to the film.
